on site presence throughout the installation phase of the
projects.

The project manager is responsible for the following key elements of a project:

• Quality - we are an ISO 9001:2000 registered company



• Health and Safety ( CDM )



• Accurate Programming / Forecasting



• Tight Cost Control



• Procurement of equipment and specialised sub-contractors



• Control / Management of sub-contractors



• Co-ordination of services



• Ensuring quality standards are in accordance with specification

In addition to this our Contracts Manager will oversee all projects working closely with the project managers to ensure the successful completion of each project to the satisfaction of all parties
